Description
Purpose:
The Discovery Package is designed for clients who want to begin their self-awareness journey, understand their inner patterns, recognize triggers, and take the first conscious steps out of autopilot living.
Week 1 – Becoming Aware of Autopilot
- Observing autopilot behavior and exploring the first conscious steps out of it
- Identifying a real-life example where the client operates on autopilot
- Creating an initial plan for the journey ahead
- Brief explanation of what is happening internally (mind and body)
- Homework:
- journaling using my self-awareness guide
- writing down thoughts, emotions, and situations
- observing people and events that show up until the next session
Week 2 – Understanding Triggers
- Explanation of what triggers are
- Following and understanding the inner reaction cycle
- Bringing awareness to the connection between trigger, emotion, thought, and reaction
- Practical exercises to work with until the next session
Week 3 – Breaking Patterns
- Understanding unconscious patterns and how they are formed
- Learning how to recognize the moment a pattern activates
