Description

Purpose:

The Discovery Package is designed for clients who want to begin their self-awareness journey, understand their inner patterns, recognize triggers, and take the first conscious steps out of autopilot living.

Week 1 – Becoming Aware of Autopilot

  • Observing autopilot behavior and exploring the first conscious steps out of it
  • Identifying a real-life example where the client operates on autopilot
  • Creating an initial plan for the journey ahead
  • Brief explanation of what is happening internally (mind and body)
  • Homework:
    • journaling using my self-awareness guide
    • writing down thoughts, emotions, and situations
    • observing people and events that show up until the next session

Week 2 – Understanding Triggers

  • Explanation of what triggers are
  • Following and understanding the inner reaction cycle
  • Bringing awareness to the connection between trigger, emotion, thought, and reaction
  • Practical exercises to work with until the next session

Week 3 – Breaking Patterns

  • Understanding unconscious patterns and how they are formed
  • Learning how to recognize the moment a pattern activates
